This film is for the rebel adolescent who likes to speak out. It really is not an adult flick. It reminds me of my high school and trying to speak out and be who we wanted to be while teachers and parents were overbearing. Its about a kid who has his own short wave radio and uses it to telecast his own radio station. He talks about life, what it is like being a teenager how his parents do not understand and how he just wants to be left alone. It was filmed in the 90's when coming out of the 80's put youth into a more technological world. It's an expressive movie from the perspective of an adolescent. I guess if you enjoy corny, empowered driven teenage flicks then you may like this. I give it a thumbs down and I wasted an hour and half of my life watching this movie.
The DVD copy I received is of good quality, or close enough to good quality that I can't tell the difference. I've been able to play it all the way through several times. No complaints. The film itself is about the evils of fascism. Well it's not; it's a would-be John Hughes film in the vein of Sixteen Candles, but it can be very easily interpreted to be about how bad fascism is. And that appeals to my sensibilities.

It was good, could have been cleaned with rubbing alcohol first. Otherwise it was great!

I love this movie. I wanted to see it again, but I couldn’t find it anywhere (the usual suspects: Netflix, Hulu, etc.) so I bought a copy and it was the worth the price.
