Estimated delivery was by the 8th September latest. Upon filling out the feedback, the "Did this item arrive on time" had the estimated delivery date of Tuesday 12th September, which was the actual date of delivery. There was no communication from the seller to say that the item would be delayed. The date of postage on the parcel was the 7th September. The item was of good quality and accurate description, and it was very thoughtfully packaged (as a potential breakable item)

Dispatch time is clearly stated as 3 working days, and standard (free!) delivery is 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery therefore 8th - 12th September, and you state item arrived on the 12th, therefore I have fulfilled expectations. If you were in a hurry, you should have (a) stated so and requested faster dispatch, ideally prior to purchase (b) paid slightly extra for quicker shipping. There is no pleasing some people - eBay seems to be quoting unrealistic arrival dates to buyers too.
