Agreed to pay for repairs, but lied about sending partial refund. Now the seller is attempting to steal the vehicle from me. Not sure how he’s still on eBay. Very pushy. Very persistent. Do not trust. Had to open eBay claim to resolve issue. Also reported to state authorities.
