The filter arrived in pieces and was packaged in a very thin bag and it said it was from amazon..they said they don't use Amazon but I've never ordered anything from them and I don't have an account there..this is the only bio filter I ordered and it was from this company ...tried emailing them several times but each time they said it wasn't from them..was not happy at all with them

Nothing this buyer says is true. He wanted the item for free. We kindly asked him to send a photo of the supposedly broken item. He did not send it. We also offered him a free return.
