Hello, I am so sorry about this issue and feel terrible that you had to go through this. I had just created this store and was required to upload one item for sale.I had major surgery right after creating the store and thought that I had put this item on pause. I didn't and apologize to you for this mistake. It's not the way I do business on any of my eBay stores.I just got fully recovered from my surgery and found your issue.
