The packaging was great and my figurine arrived all in one piece. My figurine came and looked just as described. I think the part that was the most meaningful was the seller had a handwritten thank you card inside the box. Not just thank you but addressed me by my name and wrote a very nice note. That to me was wonderful! It felt more personal and with all the bad, sad, and frustrating things in our world it was just very much appreciated.
