Ich habe bei diesem Verkäufer für knapp 700€ eingekauft. Die Tasche kam mit Kratzern am Verschluss bei mir an, dies war in der Artikelbeschreibung nicht gekennzeichnet. Die Verkäuferin zeigte sich völlig unfreundlich, nicht kundenorientiert. Sie führt den Online Shop alleine und hat keine Mitarbeiter, waren Ihre Worte, aber wenn ich ein Geschäft habe muss ich auch mit Beschwerden rechnen. Hauptsache das Geld kassieren, aber Kundenservice einfach nur unterirdisch!!! Beschämend!!!!
