This simple yet effective thermometer is hard to find. It has larger letters easy to read and slimmer probe to avoid releasing juices. This is a great price with all the features I wanted!

Just wobbled around too much.
I bought two of these. The needles lacked precision and wobbled up and down by more than three degrees just by tapping on them. Makes it hard to calibrate in an ice bath or otherwise. Once calibrated, it is hard to get consistent readings at other temperatures by one thermometer or between thermometers. The large dial is easy to read and not expensive, so if the precision is not critical for what you are doing, they are fine for everyday use. I will probably use it to check hot coffee instead of reading air temperatures as I intended.I bought two of these.
