    Prompt shipping, very well packaged, item represented as used but is sealed as though new and shows some wear so I feel the seller put the plastic wrap on it, it's ok though because it was very reasonably sold via making an offer, I will leave it sealed until I need it because season 4 discs have issues on them and I want to have ones that work so sealed season 4 boxes are left sealed until use! I would deal with this seller again, AA++

    WD19 and WD19S are Rock Solid with Dell Precision 5560 Notebook

    The WD19S works very reliably with my Dell Precision 5560 Notebook. The included 180W power supply provides sufficient power to not get the "warning" message about battery charging current too low. Also, the USB-C DisplayPort connection is far more reliable than the USB-C Thunderbolt connections on other models. At my workplace, I use different variations of this docking station, and the ones with the "DP" badging (DisplayPort logo) on the connector cord, and the 180W power supply work perfectly every time. The ones with the smaller, 130W power supply cause a charge warning pop-up to appear, and the ones with "TB" in the model (ThunderBolt) sometimes have issues with the Ethernet. These WD19S and WD19 (not the WD19TB or WD19TBS) with the 180W or 240W power supplies are rock solid with ...
