      Fantastic customer service! Item was very well packed with stickers indicating fragile. However, it would appear the shipping company did not notice that as the massive heavy box shaped dent in the top that was left along with the side being well damaged did managed to still make the monitor unusable unfortunately. Power/options button was snapped, screen image was distorted, it was a mess. But upon contacting the seller, over the weekend mind you, they quickly sent me an apolog and refund.10/10
