We had a hiccup in this transaction of a Billie Holiday and a Louis Armstrong ceramic figures. Billie survived the trip. Louis became a double amputee. I notified seller, and he could have been more helpful or apologetic. No harm, no foul, I say. It's tough to send these items and have them arrive intact. He offered a partial refund for the wounded musician. I accepted. A disappointing experience only in that I don't have Louis. But couldn't have had a more positive experience with this seller
