Classic soundtrack everyone should own
I introduced my 7yo to this soundtrack a few months ago and she was so obsessed with the one song she heard, All I Ask Of You, that I ordered the soundtrack on CD so she could hear the whole thing at her leisure. Well, all 5 of our children have listened to it non-stop for weeks and have every song and lyric memorized and take turns singing the different parts they love. There’s a reason it was the No. 1 musical for decades until Hamilton came along! Thanks for the CD in great condition. I love giving my kids an awesome music library that they can access without a phone or ipad! This is pretty much the best cast, performance you want
I got a DVD with the 2004 movie based on Andrew Lloyd Webber / Charles Hart version of The Phantom of the Opera and was so disappointed with the voices of the performers (can't even remember their names) that had to track down this CD. Basically, if you like the A.L.W. version of The Phantom of the Opera, you want to hear Michael Crawford as The Phantom and Sara Brightman as Christine.
