Archer, sort of Typical FOX "grownup" cartoon Bond parody
Archer, is sort of Typical FOX "grownup" cartoon where FOX likes to cheat actors out of jobs by producing animated sitcoms. Barely another James Bond parody using adult language and high-school sophomoric prodding of characters. But it was good enough I'll get Season two to see if the writing grows up any. The main plus for me was I liked the animation artwork and the characters did mention a few things from my past I'm nostalgic about, like my time spent in military Air Defense with Redeye Missiles instead of using the more common updated Stinger Missiles most writers put in the plots.Archer, is sort of Typical FOX "grownup" cartoon where FOX likes to cheat actors out of jobs by producing animated sitcoms. Good season
Not as good as later seasons, but it still has some great moments. The re-doing of the pilot with the raptor was over the top for me, but a lot of reviewers seem to like it. It's worth it if you can find a deal (I did).
