I believe the clock worked when the seller placed it for sale, but it did not when we received it. We took it to a clock repair and it was almost triple the cost we paid for it. This is a Christmas gift, so we went ahead and had it repaired. I explained this to the seller and they agreed to a partial refund, but also said they would take it back for a full refund too. So, it’s sad that the clock did not work, but I am glad to say that I would recommend this seller due to their fair practices.
