It doesn't appear that human hands have ever touched it. It is spotless and works flawlessly. It was an incredible value. There is not a single nick, scratch, or worn lettering. Shipping was prompt, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This keyboard looked brand new right out of the box, all the way down to being completely spotless and dust-particle-free. There's just this one tiny little chip in the corner where it looks like it was dropped on a hard surface and the case is slightly separated. I'll take a very minor blem like that to save $140 on a keyboard any day! I also think these are blems because it came packed in Razer branded Xmas paper.
