You should not under any circumstances be penalised…ref delivery time…I have had the whole package checked..both weight and size and you ARE correct…it is classed as a small parcel…Royal Mail are wrong…I have taken it to my local post office and they checked it…it fitted quite comfortably into the small package remit.
