    What else do you need?

    I looooove this skillet. For everything. Making pancakes, cornbread, bacon and eggs, searing meats, roasting veggies, making pizza, biscuits and dinner rolls, using on the BBQ grill, the smoker, broiling--the possibilities are endless. I'm going to try making a pound cake in it, double layer. It's not too big or too small, it's the perfect size for everything! This has become my main kitchen tool, front and center. Nice weight to it but not extremely heavy like my Lodge pan. I just got it and I can't put it down. I make up things to cook just so I can use it and love it so much I'm going to purchase another one.

    Very Useful

    This pan is perfect for cooking bacon in the oven. In fact, since buying one--this one is my second--cooking bacon that way is my preferred method. I use both of these pans on a daily basis, usually to roast vegetables, often to roast meat. They also work well as griddles. I recommend!
