eBay listing describes the item as being NEW, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original package in the exact same shape as found in the store. Item received was nowhere near the condition described and was told that I need to send the item in for repairs to the manufacturer. After a lot of back and forth, I was told I could return the item for a full refund. Do yourself a favor and buy an open box receiver from a different seller.
