    Late Model iMac

    I have been a Mac guy for a long time. As I say PCs are for people who like to tinker with computers, but Macs are for people who like to get work done! This iMac was for a client project handling video and I knew from my experience it would be the right tool for them.....and what they could afford. While I have bought new iMacs mostly I get ones that are a few years old and save tons of money. The one I am typing this on is over 10 years old and still runs like new. It is about to be rotated into a less demanding role, but will still be used for a few more years. They are a great value and very reliable!

    Right of the box, where the computer was well protected within, I looked for signs of a used computer, scratches, nicks, etc. found none. Smiling I continued to set it up ... very easy ... and was able to include files from my other computer. Also, it appears to be quite easy to add memory up to 16gb. Still smiling!!!!! I was an original Apple user ... have the original early model and the original laptop ... after switching to windows ... time went by. Thought I would buy this model and see if I would be happy coming back to Apple. I'm smiling. Don't hesitate to buy from this seller.

    Looks like new!

    My father shipped me his 2010/2011 iMac, and the glass was cracked in shipment. I ordered this replacement and two mini-suctions cups and 5 minutes later it looked like new! It seriously is that fast & easy. You pull off the old glass, make sure you get an glass sliver, etc, out, remove the protective plastic and lower it into place. It's only held on with magnets, albeit very strong ones. It looks brand new!

    A good med-fastcomputer for a good price.

    I love Apple iMAC's and needed another one to use as a dedicated security system controller/monitor. This one fits the bill perfectly. The quad-core i5 is powerful enough to handle 15 IP cameras with sound. I added a SSD to speed up video clip searching and 16Gb of RAM for smoother performance.
