Received the plushie as pictured, looked clean outside. However, when I soaked it for a wash, fleas came out from inside and floated around :( I understand it is an older toy, but it should be cleaned / dry cleaned before sending. I’m now afraid of dealing with a flea infestation and have cleaned everything it has been in contact with. Seller has been informed but did not offer support.

Seller messaged me saying it is impossible that there are fleas. In the meantime, I can see literal fleas coming out of the toy even after the third soak. Even if they were not fleas, other insects are equally horrifying. Thankfully, I washed the toy straight out of the box and it did not mingle with my personal items. Seller offered $20 to remove my review. Buyer just beware. I’m unable to upload photographs on review edits.

I've sold on eBay for years & this is my first negative review. The mint item I sent wasn't infested with fleas. 1st, we have no pets. 2nd, fleas need a host & can only live 1-2 weeks without one. The item was in transit, from Canada to Australia, for that long, never mind the months in storage pre-sale. The buyer contradicts herself in her reviews, saying she cleaned everything the toy touched, then washed it straight from the box. I also offered a full refund if returned; despite no photos.
