Seller shipped out the package right away, and I received the notice that I could begin tracking the package. Tracking was never updated after that, though. The seller contacted me twice to see if I wanted a refund since the package wasn't arriving as expected. The second time I said I would like a refund, which the seller then gave immediately. I appreciate the seller taking the initiative to watch the tracking and get in touch with me, as well as offering a refund when the fault was not hers.
