The item arrived new as stated, but unfortunately, the Mirage was defective: it would turn itself on and off repeatedly and randomly. This is, obviously, not the seller's fault. I contacted them about it and, I received a full refund and was allowed to keep the item. They were super kind about everything and, even if the item did arrive broken, I would still recommend this store due to how well they handled the whole situation!
