    I’ma first time buyer with Alto Music and it won’t be the last. Outstanding customer service. The pedal that I purchased has an issue with it. I emailed a video of the problem and phoned customer service. No problem at all. She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one.     Reputable dealer. Nice item. Came with carrying bag. They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.

    Tone, Tone, Tone!

    Tone, Tone, Tone! Its a fender deluxe reverb on the clean channel, and a marshall 1974x on the dirty channel. The clean channel is great. Its extremely clean, and sounds beautiful with a guitar plugged straight in and dry without reverb or any effects. Additionally, the clean channel takes pedals very well. The dirty channel is fairly versatile. By messing with the dirty channels settings you can go from blues to rock, to early metal tones. Using different speaker cabs really makes a difference in the sound too. The amp itself feels very solid. The only negative I can say about this amp is the reverb. The reverb is very clean, and it isnt bad sounding, but at settings over 5 it starts to sound fake (digital). So if your playing 1960's surf music with this amp, you might want to use your ...

    Excellent new amp design!

    Ok the basics from my perspective, It's designed for Classic Rock and Country Music as you can tell by looking at it. High class tone stack. Puts out the heaviest tube overdrive from classic rock! Excellent, but not fizzed out 90s metal. You'll have to use a pedal to get that. The head body is bigger than it needs to be, as big as a 50 watt amp. I think they made it big so it would look loud, (psychology applied to design). Through 212 stack it's more than loud enough for anything short of a power metal band. With a 412 half stack maybe it is.

    You Can't Go Wrong!

    Zero regrets! Just buy it. Sounds GREAT cranked on the clean channel. Very lively amp. I even like the reverb. God forgive me, I think I like it better than my real vintage amp

    Great Amp

    After reading 100's of reviews about the Bugera V22. I could not pass up the chance to purchase one from Music Group. The amp will stand its ground against amps costing two times as much or more. The clean chanel is very much what everyone says....it's excellent! The overdrive chanel holds its own too! Overall this is one of the best amps on the market. Try one out and you will be impressed.

    This amp is warm and lush. There's miles of head room on the clean channel and the gain side can go from volume sensitive dirty to full on distortion.
