Item received was different to the photo and description. Ordered purple contents but received pink charms (which wasn't a problem) but arrived in a pink cardboard box rather than zip case shown. Seller always responded and offered a partial refund but never managed to find out if I was sent the wrong item or if they didn't actually have the zip cases shown in the advert.
