Took out of box immediately, a little damage to box in shipping but product ok. No batt, charger, or bag as agreed upon. Factory supplies 4ah batts but I have 4,6,&9 ah batts. Factory B.S. of 40 min. run time on 4ah batt is a lie but that's not on seller. Just supplying what factory says. 1/2 hr later 9ah batt was about worn out, again, not on seller. Arrived SUPER fast and just as described. Does cut out from time to time & can't find out why. Hope I don't have to return it, like it so much 👍

    Great product. Easy to start and use.

    It arrived quickly. It was all properly put together. The only problem I did not receive was a manual. I went online and found a manual supply company and then down loaded the manual for the proper use of the snow blower. The snow blower will manually start or it has an electric start motor also. Both system worked out fine.

    Great snowblower for light to moderate snow.

    Easy to maneuver with plenty of power! Starts up on first pull so don’t really need the electric start. Good purchase.
