    Extra handset

    Received product in a timely manner. It came with batteries but after charging overnight it didn't work. Had to replace the batteries. Also, sound quality is bad and there is a delay when you pick up the phone to answer. The delay is on my end, meaning that the other person cannot hear me for the first 3-5 seconds. For the price it's ok and it works but it's not perfect.

    Great price for replacement phone

    I left my phone in the rain and found this replacement phone for just $6! Description was spot on, my phone came without batteries or back as noted. The phone announces caller ID slower than my other one but that's not a huge deal to me and doesn't warrant knocking a star.
