The Hitman trilogy has been an excellent set of games. I enjoyed Hitman 2016 well enough, but it wasn't until Hitman 2 that I got hooked. Moving from an episodic release to full games was a great decision. From the beginning the levels had an incredible amount of choices in how to accomplish their objectives, with each sandbox having a variety of Mission Stories to follow if you want to. There are great options for both newcomers and veterans of the Hitman series. Hitman 3 continues from 2's ending and is essentially the final act of the overarching storyline. There are some great highlights here, with a few levels having some fun gimmicks that I won't spoil. Personally if you enjoyed the previous games, I'd advise going in blind. Once again the writing is great, mixing the humorous and the serious well. The PS5 version uses the controlller's haptic feedback well when using items and weapons, and the game looks excellent at a solid 60FPS. If you own either of the previous two games you can play their respective levels in Hitman 3 which is a great addition.Read full review

It’s Hitman. If you’ve played the franchise you’ll know what to expect. If you’re now to it, why are you looking at the 3rd instalment. Go get one snd two first! Usual bald, bar coded assassin. Usual choice of assassination techniques. All good fun! Episodes One and Two link in so you can have the full experience, but it will melt space on your drive so don’t expect to play anything else simultaneously!
