Arcade's Greatest Hits: The Atari Collection 2 includes six classic arcade games: Crystal Castles, Gauntlet, Marble Madness, Millipede, Paperboy, and RoadBlasters. While the PlayStation cannot offer a trackball for Crystal Castles and Marble Madness, analog controls are available for both of them, as well as Paperboy and RoadBlasters. Gauntlet supports the PlayStation Mouse and the PlayStation Multi-Tap that increases multiplayer from two same screen players to four.

    Old School Arcarde Games

    I bought the Arcade's Greatest Hits: The Atari Collection 2 (Playstation) because I loved all the arcade games from back in the day. I actually had purchased this CD once before (locally) but it was lost. With the new Playstation 3 and XBOX premiering over the holidays, it piqued my interest again in my Playstation 2 and I wanted this particular CD again. The main game I was interested in playing works beautifully. Another game on this CD I used to play a little, is quite staticky and therefore really unable to play...it could just need a little cleaning. I will try that. Anyone that enjoyed the games that came with Atari, Colecovision, etc., would enjoy this particular CD filled with all the "good ol' games".

    arcades greatest hits

    These games brings me back to my teen days. These are the games I spent so many quarters on. If I could get them quarters back, I could prabable put a good down payment on a car or something. Now I have them on my T.V. and my kids enjoy these same games as much as I did. Thanks sony for putting these on a disc. so I can enjoy once again.
