Upon receipt, the Item purchased was nearly as described, except there was a problem with battery corrosion and the Communicator didn't work as expected due to defective batteries. After only one message reporting the problem, the SELLER offered to send a replacement unit and it was, in fact, received within 4 days after the Seller's promise. My experience was positive: Very good communication experience and fast resolution by the Seller. PROBLEM WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED! Recommend Seller.
