Will buy from this seller again. Fantastic price and I do belive the book was shipped exactly as described. That being said it was shipped in a thin envelope that was about as thick as construction paper and the inside was covered with glue. Book still arrived in decent shape but I think adding some bubble wrap in the future would be a good idea. I'm still giving a 5 star review because it was shipped quickly and I belive when it was given to the post office it was in the described condition.

    Aging Backwards Review

    This beginners DVD contains 2 workouts 30 min each. Seems like a lot of the time is consumed on instruction rather than actual workout time however this is a 'must' for beginners. I am using this DVD as a supplement to physical therapy prescribed by my doctor for some arthritis in the spine. It does take time as the author prescribes, like 6 months of daily use. After about 2 weeks of daily use I am feeling much better and think it delivers on its promises. I am looking forward to working my way up to more difficult routines and making this a part of my daily exercise. This has been a real life saver for someone like me who wants to stay fit enough to be active in my garden and work an 8 hour day away from home.

    Classical Stretch

    I bought this to get to stretching more and relieve pain. The class is Ok. I suppose if I learn the routine it will be better, because then I can turn down the sound and play music. She talks a lot and it's kind of distracting. I also can't find the stretch band or the pillow at any store yet. But it's Ok.

    A very good dvd for older women. You are constantly moving, but you can tell it does some good because you will be a bit sore- have used muscles that you do not usually use, which is very important the older you get.
