    Great book to understand brewing and to get started brewing at home. Some technical and most easy to understand. I am a professional Brewer that bought this for my new Cellarman to read up and learn what we do on a large volume scale. Theory is no different.

    The BEST brewing book ever!

    I bought this book back in 2011 because I always had the temptation of brewing my own beer but had no idea where to start. This book is full of knowledge from who consider to be one of the greats in the homebrewing community. I started with extract but soon stepped it up to all grain. The information and instructions are very easy to understand, as a matter of fact I still go back to it every time I brew a new batch. It's a great investment for anybody that's serious about learning how to brew at home. I highly recommend it to everyone!

    Great brewing book

    Gives the beginner a quick overview of the brewing process, then goes into greater detail of each step and the reasons and formulas for malt, hops and yeast. Then goes even more in depth and finishes with great recipes and even more info in the glossaries and appendices.
