I purchased a ChillPad and what I received was something call Cold Factor which is sold at Amazon for half the price of what I paid. The seller sent the item in an Amazon envelope with a note that read "a gift for you" Naturally I opened and tried the item only to find out that this was my purchase. Contacted the seller but only receive message that item was delivered and then no response after requesting a refund. Very deceiving practice which seems to be the way this seller operates.

The gift receipt in the box gave me everything I needed to know. This seller buys these on Amazon for cheap, Then has them shipped with Amazon as a GIFT. The item is fine and same as described.
