I rarely leave negative feedback but in this case it is warranted. Seller took more than 2 weeks to ship item, lied about it, packaged it terribly and did not photograph the areas of extreme damage nor note any specific damage in description. The seller handled the return request with an attitude and took no responsibility for their behavior, not even offering an apology. Packaging needs improvement too.
