These were not described correctly, as the listing said leather uppers, which they were not, so I returned them. (Birkinstocks uppers are sometimes Birki-Flor and it is hard to tell the difference from leather.) The return shipping was prepaid by the seller and the seller fully refunded my initial expense, including shipping, promptly. The seller also fixed their listings. I appreciate the excellent and prompt way the seller dealt with all this! I believe it was an honest mistake.
