Buyer demanded a refund when the item was damaged in transit so having insurance up to $100 I was able to offer him a full reimbursement through USPS, but he declined and was adamant about getting a partial refund. The description was accurate, and buyer chose not to read or look at pictures. I specifically wrote in the product description the bumper of the car had damage and took photos from multiple angles for buyer. He stated he wanted to keep item to repair but still demanded refund.

Great little keyboard
This is a small full size keyboard that works well. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the desk and you is easy to see the keys since it is white. Microsoft doesn't make the white ones anymore so I bought a new second one and put it up just in case the one I have been using the past 5 years ever has an issue. It was a great value when Microsoft produced them but now that they are hard to find, they are a little expensive to buy. Supply and demand.This is a small full size keyboard that works well. The product works great, I bought it alone with the arc wireless mouse from a different seller, so with the combination I can use them together or seperate. I wanted a new product which this one was new and I wanted a wireless keyboard which this one was wireless and easy to operate those were my main concerns. I search several wireless keyboards before deciding on this one but, compared to the retail price they cost I would much rather buy from sellers on ebay and get the same new product...The product works great, I bought it alone with the arc wireless mouse from a different seller, so with the combination I can use them together or seperate. I wanted a new product which this one was new and I wanted a wireless keyboard which this one was wireless and easy to operate those were my main concerns. I search several wireless keyboards before deciding on this one but, compared to the retail price they cost I would much rather buy from sellers on ebay and get the same new product...

Microsoft Arc keyboard is light weight, comfortable and easy to use.
Nice design, it is very comfortable to use with good decent feedback. I had no issues with single directional key for my use. Great connection, even from a distance. My only gripe would the glossy plastic, why was this not painted matte???

Takes some getting used to...
The curved keyboard takes some getting used to along with certain keys that you are used to being in a certain place on a full sized keyboard (which are consolidated or moved from standard areas). I will say that the keys are very quiet compared to other keyboards and the nano receiver works great - no loss of signal from extended distances. There is also a fiber-based cover for the keyboard should you decide to transport this in your laptop bag, nice touch.The curved keyboard takes some getting used to along with certain keys that you are used to being in a certain place on a full sized keyboard (which are consolidated or moved from standard areas).
