Shipped within a few days, which is understandable and acceptable given the item in question. Quite securely packaged for shipping, via FedEx, and shipped for no additional cost, or FREE! That's a nice bonus... Transmission is as described, just needs some minor attention and clean-up, but it will be torn down and rebuilt anyway, just to be on the safe side...
