I've already tried to reach out to the seller and eBay and have not received any response from either. This seller is the worst experience I've had here. This was supposed to be a gift the day after tomorrow. I've already paid my credit card for the purchase. Why has it taken almost a month to receive and order.

Purchased a ring from this seller. I received the ring and within 24 hours a stone fell out. I contacted the seller and they responded they were sorry for any inconvenience and would accept the return. All I had to do was send it back to the address they provided. I sent it back over two weeks ago, and they are claiming they haven’t received it yet, so I have not seen any sort of refund.
