Free shipping was in the listing. Seller didn't put correct info, I was required to pay the postage upon delivery. Seller just said 'take it up with ebay' - zero help.

Buyer was trying to get me to refund him money for free shipping that I provided through Ebay. I had no notice from Ebay or USPS of any additional shipping shortage due on this product.
