Beautiful dress, it took a while for it to arrive and a lot of correspondence with the seller. It s really nice, apart from a small fault in the belt, which is visible however. Postage charge was double the price of the actual cost, as seen on the package.

The package reached our office for today for quality control, we will sent it to you on Monday with 24tracked royal mail so you will get it on the same Monday or Tuesday the latest.
The delivery its not 11 days late, it was dispatched as scheduled on the 24th of March (Sunday) 5 working days for delivery it's the 30th of March, so you will get it in 1 working day late. there was no need in this negative feedback.

I purchased “dream wedding dress with crystals finish” it was described as boned with bra insert. What I received was very poor quality, bad material and spray on glitter.
The company changed their name during exchanging messages from phrata to Montbari.
At first they accepted the dress wasn’t to standard and offered to pay the alterations, then offered a refund. I kept in contact with them and on the advice of the alterations provider opted to return the dress. The company then refused.
