Nuts for Walnut Oil
I don't like the fact that Walnut Oil is pricier than other, cheaper oils, but this La Tourangelle oil, in it's produced form, along with their Almond Oil are a necessity in your kitchen. That is, if your kitchen is for 'go', and not for 'show'. I am in a profession that puts me into affluent people's kitchen, that in most cases, are fully appointed, but remain unused. If you have a kitchen that you're always using and always experimenting in, and presenting interesting, fine meals in innovative ways, and have an emotional relationship with food. PUT, and keep a spare of this. I do a lot with chicken and beef, and sauteed vegetables. I also use prepared spice mixes and my own mixes and variations of condiments. This oil in particular, along with their Almond Oil is superior in ... I don't like the fact that Walnut Oil is pricier than other, cheaper oils, but this La Tourangelle oil, in it's produced form, along with their Almond Oil are a necessity in your kitchen. i love this stuff
