There was a single issue with one of the cables being the wrong type. I notified them, they responded immediately and offered a discount on my order ($25 for a $100 order) more than double the replacement cost from another vendor (I ordered a replacement for $12). Battery was at 80% of its capacity which is reasonable for a used laptop in my opinion.
