Item is not the model advertised. Shipping was delayed, which I expected, but the wand didn't turn on or accept a charge. I did some research; this is NOT a Hitachi HV270, but a replica with a defective motor. I can't change the star rating that is attached to this review, but I give this seller 3 stars, SOLELY because they issued me a refund, no questions asked, less than 24 hours after I requested one.
