They called to verify my address and to ask if I wanted it shipped anywhere other than the address provided. The tailgate came wrapped to protect it from damage during shipping. Will buy from them again. The pictures used in the post were pictures of the actual item and not stock photos taken from the internet. The description was accurate and even stated that there were stretches in the tailgate. Phots of the scratches were also in the post as well.
