    Your one stop fix for the winter blahs/ general lethargy in the morning/ jet lag

    Wish I had bought this product years ago. The ionizer wind stream is icing on the cake. Have already benefited from within a two week period. As a former night owl, I now awake without the jarring sound of an alarm clock, make my coffee, and bask in the bright light that is slim to nil north of the 49th parallel for 6 months of the year .     "easy to use and to store"

    needed a light called the sic light or the therapy light, it goes by many names. found one that needed to be a blue light that is easier that the bright light on my eyes,as I had surgery on my eyes. I got the light and it is a good product. it helps with depression and sad feelings that people have during the day and helps with sleep. I use it 15 to 30 minutes a day and it has helped. I would suggest that people contact their Doctor, and see if it could help them. It is great for winter time when there isn't a lot of sunshine.

    Money well spent

    It took about 5 days to notice a difference. I live in Michigan and we have not had sunshine for the past month. Winters can be very depressing hear without the sunshine. I sit in front of light while riding my exercise bike for 30 minutes and again at lunchtime. I feel human again!!

    lightweight with great features!

    I have been using it every day! I love the functions and the fact that I can change the time to suit my needs! I also love that it has a feature that can remain on to discharge negative ions into the room! It is lightweight and compact! Easy to understand, just push the buttons! Since it is not huge, it fits nicely on end tables, shelf and counter! Doesn't take up much space for storage either!
