Down-side: Seller needs to improve logistics: I was not happy that the laptop arrived a week after it was purchased (carrier slow-walked the 4-lb package for a week!). I gifted the laptop to my family member, 1/2 way across the US, using USPS 2-day priority mail with $500 insc. for just $25. Note to Seller: Improve your rating by improving your logistics.

    Samsung makes a great Pro device

    Has some scratches on the back cover but it runs great, looks good, and performs as expected. Handles multiple screens with ease. Connects to other Samsung devices seamlessly. Screen is bright and vivid. Battery isn't the best but that's not an issue. Boots up fast and turns off faster. All the ports work just fine as well.
