Lost the key to my Lincoln. Had a spare but if that's lost, I was told it would be over $300 to rekey at the dealership. These items (key and remote) were just like original equipment. I programmed both myself following instructions from my owner's manual. The only assistance I needed was from a local locksmith that cut the purchased transponder key to the match the original. Only cost $3. As I said prior, programming was then easily done by myself.
