I asked a question pre-sale, and received an answer within hours. I made a mistake on my order, but contacted the seller a day later and they corrected my error for me. The item arrived much more quickly than promised. The band looks like and has the texture of woven fabric, but is apparently made of stainless steel. The "clasp" is a strong magnet which holds very securely. I do plan to order from this seller again.
