Seller eventually issued a refund, but was VERY condescending & rude! The insert was ripped out of the box, lessening its value AND usefulness. Seller initially insisted the item WAS as listed, then stated the box was “customized.” But that was NOT stated anywhere in the Item Description & listing had only ONE (1) photo (box exterior). Noticed from previous feedback that when confronted with items that arrived not as listed or damaged, Seller became belligerent & even accusatory. BUYER BEWARE!!
