    Perfect Case for Canon Cinema Lens

    I was looking for a case for my Canon CN-E 14mm lens. These lenses have a 114mm front and need a deep case. This case was just the size I needed. I wanted a case that was deep enough for the Canon Cinema Lens, and it needed to be big enough to provide protection around the lens. This case is just about the size of the box the lens arrived in. The case is very well made and protects well. With this particular model of case the latches are on the side. The latches have a release button in the center that need to be pressed before the latch can be lifted. So it is a 2 step process to unlatch the case. I find it a little awkward on the Pelican cases with the latch on the front, but this case with the latches on the side seem to work well. The button is easier to push and light the latch in ...
