The solar panel shipment was delayed and arrived late. In the description the seller says a solar cable would be included in the deal. I messaged the seller through eBay letting them know no cable was sent. After contacting them, no tracking # or cable has been shipped as promised. Very poor communication. Extremely poor customer service. So far I really like the power station.
